So this is how one writes when one is well read and not afraid to do a little research. I love the flow of this continuing saga. Everything is just very matter of factly. A couple of heads popped off here, giant bats over there, oh darn, I dropped my cigar.

...this tale is a very fine combo of Mythos, spun with down home, even occasionally humerous references. Read it thrice. Will yet againe.
You do a superb job of "no nonsense" Mythos-referencing and that, plus the simple nature of the characters makes it a fun read. Dark and light together. Jolly good show.
