I love this tale! Woof, as someone who has done some...ahem...telemarketing work let me tell you, sometimes you get a live-wire. This would creep me out beyond belief!
Good stuff. Thoroughly tragic.

Thanks for the nice words. This one wrote itself rather quickly. It came from two thiungs. The tinnitus in my right ear from my days in the marines and all of the annoying calls I get whenever I decide not to pay my bills. So its one part madness (because when its nice and quiet and all I hear is ringing it drives me insane) and one part revenge on all those annoying call. But not on you. I'm sure you were one of the good telemarketers.
