matthew has a knack for mimicking interactions between kids and grown-ups, both here and in his previous story 'stolen innocence'. read closely and you might get the feeling that the bad guys from that story had something to do with the sights and sounds of this one. and how about that custom illustration by kyle burles? like an eyeball on top of the grisly sundae!
