i first found david allard's work on the art community site elfwood (similar to deviantART—many artists maintain galleries on both) and was immediately a fan not only of his clear structural renderings but also a humorous bemusement in the subjects and the 'snapshot' in which they are captured.

david and i have discussed possible FH comic feature involving an action-horror-period-scifi story of his invention. there is so far a single page of story inked—i hope to get david's attention in the coming weeks and see if we can refry these beans. i think the FH audience will get a kick out of it. maybe FH#9 will be when we introduce this project.
